I am thankful for the pitter-patter of little feet,
running through my house with glee. I am thankful for waking in the morning, to the squeals of delight from a baby. I am thankful for the wet kisses of a little one who already knows how to love. I am thankful for the dimples and bright eyes of a baby girl who fills my world with joy.
It has been nearly 5 months since I last posted. I'm not sure how I got off the blogging track, but I have not had the energy or desire to post to my blog, nor have I been following any other blogs with regularity.
Since it is the first day of a new month, and the month in which I was born, I think it is time for me to get back to blogging. Now that I have made this decision, I need to start thinking about what I want to write about, but, as always, I know that I will be full of baloney!
I am single and in my late 40s. I have one son who is 21. I grew up in Southern California, the youngest of six children. I currently reside in the Northwest and work at a community college.
